It is so very human that we crave recognition, acclaim & appreciation. We constantly want to be appreciated by our peers & revered by the tribe. But leadership is a lot more than trying to look good in the eyes of others. When you go work, help people to do a good job, build relations so very well that they do anything for you, listen to them by mind & heart that they love to speak to you, make them so worthy that they are eligible to get a higher position, be with them that they are confident to discharge their functions at a much higher level. Don’t worry a bit as to who gets the credit.

People who are outstanding get found out. The cream always rises to the top. The best always comes to light. In other words, you don’t have to say anything; your thought, action & behavior which you send out to people consistently at work / home will determine the kind of person you are.
