Before we on-boarded the Kaizen Training Solutions team, we had just rolled out a program called smart order across four territories in India. People needed training on the ground. The training expertise that lies with Kaizen Training Solutions is very structured & very detailed. The Training content is very methodical. Its covers a lot of soft skills as well as technical skills. We saw about an increment of up to 10 Percent in the range selling.
