Who has time in this life to spend on candidates to just say "NO" on their Face !!
Trust me interviewers are also human beings and gets fatigue while sitting and meeting 100's of the candidates, why on the planet they will just sit there to reject someone.
There could be any reason why everyone who is coming is getting rejected —
- They are not getting the right candidate for matching profile
- All the candidates are "Parrots" who are telling whats written on their resume or may be no "out of the box thinking"
- They have almost selected the candidate but they are thinking that there might be someone who can replace the earlier one
And could be any other reason than just to reject everyone around !
They have families , wife , children and girlfriend with whom they would love to spend time with !!
