Question 5. Should I write my placement as an achievement in my CV for another company’s job interview?

Answer. Off course Yes ! You can share it as an achievement !! But mention some numbers and narrate it like a story with some “Masala” in it !! ( Use voice modulation and tone of achievement)

Like I have projected in second interview after my campus placement ( true story ) –

Interviewer ( Telecom Company GM- HR) : What are your achievements in life ??

ME : After adding XYZ achievements I said , “In a joint campus interview process” , I sat for my 1st placement interview along with 450 other students, I got an offer in just 60 mins with 6.9 lacs package ( it was 8 years back )

Got comment by placement interviewer – “You are smart & Witty ..we like this attitude”.

Interviewer : Are you that good ?

ME : Yes Sir! As I am joining you, you will soon get to know ( With a huge witty smile)

Interviewer : Gave big smile*

Got selected !!

So Be confident ! Be you !
