The anti virus we all need

I and my little one are working on the iPad. I am telling him not to open any useless sites as a virus might corrupt the system . It has intrigued his little brain and now I sit here explaining to him all about computer viruses and anti virus. As I speak to him I start thinking.

How do we choose the people in our lives. Is it always as per choice. How do we choose which relationships which are worth hanging on to and which are best to keep at a certain distance. How do we choose which sort of people do we really need in our lives.

I am analysing day to day telephonic interactions and the transfer of knowledge or information on a daily basis. What is it that we share. Over communication because of WhatsApp and messages seems to be creating more rifts and rather than bringing people close, in many cases it is actually widening the gap. If you try to focus on the topics you choose to deliberate over and indulge in you will be able to introspect and realise that it eventually leads to gossip and bad mouthing. That’s what we derive pleasure out of. We repeatedly focus on the negatives and this way of gossip just spreads the poison from one to another.

What sort of people should you interact with. The negative sorts who find it naturally very easy to pin point the short comings in every individual situation and see a problem in every picture. Those who talk behind backs and feed on gossips. Or should we choose those people who might speak less but when ever they talk they do not gossip or put down anyone. Who are able to still see good in things situations persons around them. Who are able to appreciate and respect the beauty of nature. And the diversity in its creations. Who are able to understand that no two people will ever be alike and each person is entitled to his or her own opinion and choice. We cant derogate or be upset about choices other people make just because they do not match what’s going on in our heads. We have to focus on seeing the good rather that dwelling over misery and negativity. The more we chat and share this negative thoughts it becomes a vicious circle and we are unable to get rid of this gossiping attitude. Its worst for our own soul more than having any impact on any person. We are weakened in mind heart and soul because anger jealousy hatred irritation hurt being upset is only running on your own system like a virus and hacking it and destroying it. When we spend money on anti virus in the computers we operate on can’t we spend just some time on our own body system and prevent this virus of negative mouthing hack into our heart brain and soul and prevent it from being corrupted. when the computer is so important is our soul not much more important. This will not require any money.

It will simply require a small filter and adjustment in your brain to tell yourself each time you wish to share negative talk to avoid it. If there are situations to your disliking but you know you can’t change them it’s best to ignore. Its best to not let negative waves enter and ruin your body. Its best to divert your mind into some positive things. When your mind sees negative and brings unhappiness its best to think of happy thoughts and praying to the almighty to help you .
